Library Digital Inclusion Project 2026 is designed to empower libraries with programming abilities to conceptualize, design, manage, evaluate, and report on projects that support digital inclusion efforts in their local communities.

Libraries across African countries that are interested in strengthening their capacity to design and implement digital inclusion programs are eligible to apply.
No. Applications must be submitted on behalf of a library. Library staff may complete and submit the application, but the project is strictly designed as a library-focused initiative rather than an individual opportunity.
Yes. Local libraries and libraries serving marginalized or underserved communities are strongly encouraged to apply.
Applications open on 15 June 2026 and close on 28 June 2026.
Successful libraries will be notified on 1 July 2026.
The implementation journey will run through December 2026.
