Library Digital Inclusion Project 2026 is a capacity-building initiative
designed to equip libraries across
Africa with the skills, resources, and
support needed to create and implement digital inclusion programs
tailored to the realities of their communities.
We believe libraries can become more than access points for information. They can become learning spaces, innovation spaces, and community spaces where women, girls, older adults, people with special needs, low-income households, and other underserved groups gain the digital skills and opportunities needed to participate fully in today's world.
